reservation/deposit/cancellation policy

New rates & policy effective April 1, 2025 for all new reservations.

We do not offer refunds or credit for early departures — absolutely no exceptions.

If you are a new customer, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Reservations Less Than 2 Weeks

  • A $100 deposit is required to hold the reservation for cabins or RV sites.
  • Credit card payments include a 4% processing fee.
  • To receive a refund, a 48-hour cancellation notice must be given before your check-in date.
  • If we are able to rent the Cabin or RV site for the full time reserved, a full refund will be given (minus a $25 fee).
  • If we are not able to re-rent the site, the deposit is nonrefundable.
  • Please understand: rebooking may not be possible on short notice.

Reservations 2 Weeks or Longer

  • 2-week reservations require a $250 deposit.
  • Over 2 weeks requires a $500 deposit to hold your reservation.
  • Canceling more than 30 days before arrival allows for a refund (minus a $25 fee) only if the site is rebooked for the full time.
  • If the site is not re-rented, your deposit is nonrefundable.
  • Cancellations made 28 days or less prior to arrival forfeit the full deposit.
  • After check-in, monthly payments are due at the beginning of each month.

Rates (Minimum 2-night stay required)

Prices do not include 12.5% tax

  • Cabins 4 & 8 (2 guests):
    $99 per night, $690 weekly, $1,650 monthly
  • Cabins 1, 3, 9, 11 (2 guests):
    $109 per night, $775 weekly, $1,868 monthly
  • Cabins 5 & 12 (2 guests):
    $119 per night, $825 weekly, $1,965 monthly
  • Cabins 2, 7, 10, 13 (2 guests):
    $129 per night, $900 weekly, $2,150 monthly
  • $10 per additional adult per night, $5 per child (12 and under) per night.
  • Pet Fee (Cabins 9 & 11):
    $50 nonrefundable each + $100 refundable deposit
  • RV Sites:
    $42 – $45 per night, $290 – $310 weekly, $700 – $750 monthly

smoking policy

We are committed to providing our guests with smoke-free accommodations, smoking is not permitted in cabins. Smoking or the smell of smoke inside the cabin will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

check-in & out times

Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM. If you wish to stay past 11AM, please check with the office. $10 per hour per cabin will be charged to your card upon check-out.

pet policy

Always disclose pets before check-in for cabins and RV campground. Only two of the cabins are pet-friendly. In the rest of the cabins, pets are not allowed. Management must know and approve of the pet when the reservation is taken.

*A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 per pet, per week, or partial week is required at check-in.

*A $100.00 damage deposit will be charged when you check into the cabin and refunded upon inspection after check out.

*Proof of vaccination of all pets must be presented at check-in. *Pets over 35 lbs must be in a crate on porches

*No pets over 35 lbs inside of cabins

*No barking dogs left alone in a cabin at any time

Henderson’s Fish Camp management has the right to not accept any pets on our property.

internet policy

Wanting our guests to stay connected even during their escape, we offer Wireless Internet Services for campground and cabin guests. These services are included with your temporary visits at no additional charge.
